CUSTODIAL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day activities of the custodial staff, ensuring proper inventory, monitoring facility functions, and providing outstanding guest service. Candidates should possess management experience with bilingual skills a plus.
LOSS PREVENTION AGENTS
Essential Functions:
1. Detect and resolve internal and external losses due to cash theft, credit card fraud, shoplifting, discount abuse, counterfeiting, ticket scalping, and the theft of food, time, tickets, and equipment.
2. Conduct CCTV surveillance in an effort to prevent crimes from occurring on the premises.
3. Maintain accurate Loss Prevention records. Complete and submit required reports in a timely manner to appropriate personnel.
Knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential functions:
1. High School Graduate or G.E.D. required.
2. Must pass an extensive background check and have strong verbal and written skills.
3. Prior retail loss prevention experience is preferred (investigations, exception based reporting, covert surveillance techniques, interview and interrogation, and report writing).
4. Must be available for limited flexible hours during weekend operations in spring and fall.
5. Must be willing to work through the summer and able to work 40+ hours per week during summer operation.
MATRONS/CUSTODIANS
Duties include maintenance of our restrooms, stocking products and keeping our facilities clean and sanitary.
