GATE ATTENDANTS (full-time/part-time seasonal)
Canobie Lake Park is seeking fun, enthusiastic and energetic people to join our team. Gate Attendants monitor Guest admission to the Park, collecting tickets, stamping hands and serving as the ambassadors for the Park. There is a variety of shifts available immediately; days, evenings, weekends, full time and part time.

RETAIL WAREHOUSE POSITION (full-time seasonal)

The Retail Department is looking to find an experienced stock and/or warehouse candidate to fill an open position.

Requirements
1. Must be 18 years of age.
2. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
3. Must be able to work weekends and early shifts – open availability preferred.
4. Must have a valid driver’s license.
5. Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation.

Must be extremely accurate, organized and able to work in a fast pace work environment. Responsibilities include: 

- Responsible for receiving merchandise.
- Keeping the stockroom clean and organized.
- Movement of product from the warehouse to the retail locations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in floor and or store moves and price changes.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

SECURITY OFFICERS (full-time seasonal)

CANOBIE LAKE PARK IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF FULL-TIME SEASONAL SECURITY OFFICERS

Security Officers work in various locations throughout our park, both on-stage and off-stage, maintaining a safe and secure environment that enables our Guests and Cast Members to experience the fun and excitement of our Park.

Types of Security roles include walking patrol, motor patrol, fixed-post patrol, and bicycle patrol. In all of these roles, responsibilities include writing and inputting reports, conducting visual inspections of bags or packages, directing traffic, responding to radio calls as needed, calling in safety concerns and completing visual inspections and observing occurrences of areas being patrolled.

Security Officers will also be trained in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) procedures to respond to Guest emergencies as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Security Officers must meet the following minimum requirements for consideration:
1. Understand the importance of being Guest-Centric;
2. Be at least 18 years of age;
3. High school graduate/GED required, some college preferred;
4. Valid driver’s license;
5. Good moral character;
6. Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal and motor vehicle background investigation. Drug screening may also be required.

Criminal Justice students and those with prior experience in the security field are encouraged to apply. Open availability preferred, evenings & weekends required.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (full-time/part-time seasonal)

CANOBIE LAKE PARK IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF FULL-TIME/PART-TIME SEASONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS.

Canobie Lake Park is proud to operate a fully-equipped, state-licensed, non-transport EMS unit. We are licensed through the State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services. Our state-licensed EMT’s stand ready and able to assist our guests with their needs.

REQUIREMENTS: EMT’s must meet the following minimum requirements for consideration and state licensure:
1. Current NREMT – Basic certification;
2. Valid State of New Hampshire Provider’s License, or:
A) Proof of completion of New Hampshire EMT transition Class;
B) Proof of completion of State of New Hampshire EMS Protocol Test;
C) Certificate of completion of State of NH Practical Test;
D) Current American Heart Association CPR/AED Certification for health care provider.
3. Be at least 18 years of age;
4. Valid driver’s license;
5. Good moral character;
6. Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal and motor vehicle background investigation. Drug screening may also be required.

Custodians and Matrons (full-time/part-time seasonal)

The custodial staff, consisting of matrons and custodians, is responsible for the clean, safe and efficient functioning of the Park’s bathrooms and other assigned facilities. The primary functions of the custodians/matrons are:

1. To ensure that their facility or assigned area of responsibility remain clean and safe for the Park’s Guests and fellow Cast Members.
2. To monitor their facility to ensure maximum efficiency and service.
3. To verify stock levels of appropriate products and restock when necessary.
4. To provide outstanding Guest service in each and every interaction with the Park’s Guests.

Amusement Ride Mechanics (Full Time - Year Round)

CANOBIE LAKE PARK IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF FULL-TIME RIDE MECHANICS

Ride Mechanics inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rehab amusement rides and their subsystems.​ This individual will ensure all rides and equipment comply with all Canobie Lake Park Corp.​ and equipment manufacturers’ operating standards.​ Ride Mechanics will perform visual and auditory inspections of rides and attractions and maintain proper records for all maintenance and inspections performed.​

This position requires a background in machine repair, including the ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems.​ Two plus years experience with mechanical/​electro-mechanical maintenance on aircraft, automotive or industrial machinery.​ Previous theme park experience is a plus.​ Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and safety sensitivity.​

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or background experience in welding, machine shop and understanding of electrical/​hydraulic/​pneumatic schematics and control systems is beneficial.​ Candidates must possess the ability to read, write and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the key duties of the Ride Mechanic.​ The Ride Mechanic must have the ability to climb and work at various heights and perform heavy lifting.​ Candidates must have a willingness and ability to work varied shifts and schedules, including nights and weekends.​ Candidates must provide their own hand tools, have a valid driver’s license and submit to a criminal background check.​

Wages are commensurate with experience.​
