Account Activation

Canobie Club Members are able to create an account online or in Park at the designated Canobie Club Loyalty Program location. While online, guests can create an account. The guest will be required to provide their first and last name and email address. Guests are given the opportunity to link a credit card to their account, once the credit card is linked, a personal four (4) digit pin number will be required. This pin number ensures only authorized members are able to make transactions with that specific bracelet. Once the account is created the guest will receive a welcome email with details for how to receive their bracelet. Upon entering the Park, the guest will visit the Canobie Club Welcome Center located behind Kiddieland. A form of ID or a confirmation email maybe be required to pick up any pre-registered bracelets. Once a guest’s identity is confirmed, they will receive their bracelet. If a guest is in Park they will set up their account at the Canobie Club Welcome Center Building. The guest will be required to provide their first and last name and email address to one of our Team Members. Guests are given the opportunity to link a credit card to their account, once the credit card is linked a personal four (4) digit pin number will be required. This pin number ensures only authorized members are able to make transactions with that specific bracelet. The Team Member will link their credit card to the account and bracelet. Once the bracelet is activated, it can be used immediately.

Pin Numbers

This Pin Number is completely unique to the guest and can be any four (4) digit number. A pin number is required to complete a transaction while using any Canobie Club bracelet. A pin number is in place to ensure no unauthorized transactions can be completed on an account.

Membership Levels

Membership Levels are determined the number of points that accumulated. The levels are as follows: Bronze Level 0-2499 points, Silver Level 2500-4999, and Gold Level 5000-10000+. Membership level status is held until the end of the current operating season and will stay the same until the following operating season. For example, a Silver status was gained on May 4, 2019, that status will remain until the end of your 2020 season unless a Gold Status is attained between that time.

Payment Processing

Accumulation of Points

There are four (4) different methods to accumulate points. The different methods are as follows:

  • Method 1: Five (5) points are awarded for every dollar spent using the card linked to your Canobie Club Bracelet. This method of point accumulation is unlimited.
  • Method 2: Ten (10) points are awarded each time you visit the Park. Upon arrival, locate the Canobie Club Scanning Kiosk and scan your Canobie Club Bracelet. This method of point accumulation can only be used once per day.
  • Method 3: Two (2) points are awarded when you visit each of our specially selected attractions once. This method of point accumulation can only be used once per day on each attraction.
  • Method 4: Five (5) points are awarded when you visit the Dancehall Theater to view our show, Twisted Circus. This method of point accumulation can only be used once a day.

Points can be deducted at the Park’s discretion at any time if there is any suspicion of fraudulent behavior.

Immediate Family Point Pooling

This program allows immediate family to pool all of their points together. Credit cards may be linked to all bracelets or just the one master bracelet. Pin numbers are required to allow any and all transactions. If any achievements are completed only one bracelet will be able to redeem that token. Family Pooling is only available to immediate family.

Tokens are redeemable rewards with the more points that are accumulated. When a certain point lever is achieved, the email associated with that bracelet will receive an automatic email. That email will contain information for how and where to redeem that token. Tokens will expire at the end of the following operating year from when it was received. For example, if a guest received a token for a free game on May 4, 2019, it will expire on the last day of operation for the 2020 season. Tokens are only redeemable at select games, retail location, and food locations. Once a token is redeemed, it is no longer valid. Tokens are monitored electronically.

Redemption Process

Once an achievement is unlocked, the guest will receive an automatic email. The email will contain details about where and how to redeem their token. The guest will be required to inform the Team Member at the respective location in which they are redeeming the token that they would like to use the token, rather than the credit card linked to the bracelet.  The guest will have their bracelet scanned and that token will be removed. Redemption locations will be listed in the email, they may only be redeemed at those set locations.
