As we look toward the fall during these unprecedented times, the Park will continue to operate after Labor Day with health and safety restrictions in place through October 11, 2020. Due to the global pandemic, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to suspend our Screeemfest event this season. We will instead use the fall of 2020 to focus on our current daytime operation while continuing projects in preparation for next season. Our team has put their heart and soul into creating one of the largest Halloween events in the Northeast and we will direct this passion to producing an even more incredible event in the fall of 2021. We’ll be waiting for you… In the meantime, we look forward to providing an autumn experience of rides, games, and fall foods in September and October for your friends and family to enjoy, safely.

Yes! Advance reservations and advance ticketing is required prior to entering the Park. That information can be found at www.canobie.com/updates.

Unfortunately, due to our limited reopening, live entertainment, character visits, and fireworks displays will not be available for the start of our season.

Yes. However, in addition to capacity restrictions for the Park, Castaway Island will also have a lower than normal capacity. Depending on the weather, this could mean that there will be a wait time to enter Castaway or in more favorable conditions it could mean that entry will not be possible during your entire visit.

While most of our rides will be open for all Guests to enjoy, there will be some rides not operating. Please visit our Park Attractions page to see our updated list of available attractions.

Unfortunately, due to our limited reopening and the need to ensure all tickets are purchased in advance, we will not be able to offer any discounts or specials for 2020.

In 2020 specifically, any guest attending will need an advance ticket and advance reservation. Due to capacity limitations and restrictions this season, you will notice that every day will have a significantly lower amount of guests. Reservations are first-come-first-served.

Yes you can! In fact, for 2020 we encourage credit card use to reduce the amount of cash handling on both our Team Member and Guests. All major food locations accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. The only exceptions are any of our mobile carts throughout the Park.

No. Any Guest purchasing tickets will have to do so online prior to their visit. There will be no on-site ticket sales.

General Admission: $39.00

Guests under 48 inches: $29.00

Guests 60+ years old: $29.00

Guests 3 years old or younger: FREE

Yes! Any ticket products that would be valid for 2020 will be comparably valid for 2021!

All Guests who choose to enter the Park must purchase an admission ticket in advance AND have an advance reservation from our website. Canobie takes great pride in being a total family entertainment facility.

Yes! Basic and Platinum Season Passes, good any day tickets, holiday special tickets, complimentary passes and consignment tickets that were valid in 2020 will extend through the entire season of 2021. That’s right, each pass may be used in the same way listed on the pass in 2020 OR 2021. Example:

Q: I have a complimentary ticket valid Mondays-Fridays in 2020. 

A: This M-F complimentary ticket may be used any one Monday through Friday in 2020 that we are open OR may be saved and used for any one Monday through Friday in 2021.

Q: I have a complimentary pass valid through June 30, 2020.  

A: This June 30th complimentary ticket may be saved and used for any one day between our opening day of 2021 through June 30, 2021.

Q: I have a Holiday Special or Good Any Day Admission.

A: Your admission ticket may be used any one day in 2020 that we are able to open OR may be saved and used any one day in 2021.

In order to redeem your Season Passes, you will have to enter the Park and make your way to our Welcome Center located in the center of the Park. Your Season Pass voucher acts as a one-time scannable admission ticket to get you into the Park, so you can make your way to the Welcome Center with ease!

In order to get into the Park for this season, you will also need a reservation. Information about how to make one for your party can be found HERE.

The Welcome Center will be open during Park operation from 4:00pm-6:00pm so even though our reservation slots are for 10:30am, 10:45am, 11:00am, or 11:15am arrival, you are able to arrive later or even between 4pm and 6pm to ensure that you can get your Season Pass vouchers redeemed as soon as you arrive. Or you can come in earlier and enjoy a day at the Park prior to getting your vouchers redeemed!

No! You can arrive for your reservation either AT or anytime AFTER your scheduled entry time on the day that you’ve made your reservation.

YES! Please make sure that when you are making your reservations that you are reserving for every member of your party that plans to visit the Park. Children 3 years old and younger do not need an admission ticket, but they will need a reservation!

No! All ticket and reservation barcodes can be scanned through your phone!

Face coverings are mandatory for all Guests above the age of 3. However, this is something that will be looked at on a regular basis and we will follow the recommendations of the Governor’s reopening guidance. Mask Free Rest Zones will be created where guests can remove their face coverings to relax and regroup with plenty of distance from other individuals.

Currently, all guests over the age of 3 will be required to wear face coverings during their visit,  The only permitted exceptions are:

• While physically on most rides or attractions as our Team Members will load guests using proper distancing methods,
• While consuming food and beverage in or around our food service locations and patios where distancing will be enforced, and
• When in a marked “Mask Free Rest Area” where social distancing will be enforced.

Guests who either do not wish to wear a face covering or are not able to wear a face covering for any reason are respectfully asked to postpone their visit and reschedule when these restrictions are no longer imposed. All guests are required to bring their own face coverings.  Face coverings must be either surgical masks and/or cotton masks that cover both the nose and mouth.

Our Mask Free Rest Zones are located at:

• The Midway Stage across from the Yankee Cannonball, and
• The Village Stage in the Olde Canobie Village

You are able to remove your face covering in these locations, however social distancing will be enforced.
