New Information and modifications for the 2020 season.

PLEASE NOTE: Children ages 3 and under do NOT need an admission ticket, but do need a reservation!

Q: WHAT IS DIFFERENT FOR 2020?

A: Quite a bit!!!  Let’s begin:

Canobie Lake Park is opening on July 16th. Generally, the Park will be open through Labor Day from 10:30am-6:00pm. Our new hours and operating calendar may be found here. This page contains an experience video, information on advance ticketing and reservation processes as well as what to expect when visiting with us this year.

HOW TO MAKE BOTH YOUR RESERVATION AND TICKET PURCHASE IN 3 EASY STEPS:

STEP ONE: WATCH OUR VIDEO

Please watch the video below before proceeding with your reservations. Everything about our new normal will be included in this video and it is important that every Guest watches it and understands what the Park will look like and how it will operate this summer!

STEP TWO: MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Once you’ve watched our video, you can now make your reservation! Please click below and check to make sure that the day you’d like to visit us is available. If it is, you can proceed with making your reservation!

STEP THREE: BUY YOUR TICKETS (Note: NO SAME DAY PASSES will be sold on-site)

After you’ve made your reservation, please make sure that if you do not have your tickets yet, you purchase them through our website now. There will be no on-site ticket sales. For those already holding tickets (consignment tickets, season passes, complimentary passes, etc.), all you need is the reservation!

Children ages 3 and under do not need an admission ticket but do need a reservation!

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN VISITING

FACE COVERINGS

 

Currently, all guests over the age of 3 will be required to wear face coverings during their visit,  The only permitted exceptions are:

  • While physically on most rides or attractions as our Team Members will load guests using proper distancing methods,
  • While consuming food and beverage in or around our food service locations and patios where distancing will be enforced, and
  • When in a marked “Mask Free Rest Area” where social distancing will be enforced.

Guests who either do not wish to wear a face covering or are not able to wear a face covering for any reason are respectfully asked to postpone their visit and reschedule when these restrictions are no longer imposed.  All guests are required to bring their own face coverings.  Face coverings must be either surgical masks and/or cotton masks that cover both the nose and mouth.

RESERVATIONS

Advance reservations and advance ticketing will be required. No admission tickets will be sold on-site.

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS

Sanitizing stations are located throughout the facility including all attractions.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Social Distancing will be enforced throughout the Park, in queue lines, food stands, etc.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

Temperature checks and COVID health screening questions will be administered prior to entry.

CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS

Social Distancing will be enforced in or at all attractions (which may mean not all attractions will be full).

Castaway Island

Castaway Island is OPEN!!  However, in addition to 2020 capacity restrictions for the Park, Castaway Island will also have a lower than normal capacity. Depending on the weather, this could mean that there will be a wait time to enter Castaway or in more favorable conditions it could mean that entry will not be possible during your entire visit.
