-Even Swap: If the new date you would like to visit is priced the same as the current ticket you are holding, continue to Step 2 – Order Lookup (below).
-Upgrade: If the new date you would like to visit is priced higher than the current ticket you are holding, continue to Step 2 – Order Lookup (below).
-Downgrade: If the new date you would like to visit is priced lower than the current ticket you are holding, please go to Step 3 – Contact Us (below).
-Cabanas, Mermaid Experience Tickets, Dapper Lot: To make any date changes, please email [email protected].
STEP 2 - Order Lookup
Step One: Access our Order Lookup by logging into your account or clicking here. You will need to enter your order confirmation number and the email address used during purchase. If you don’t have access to either, you can also look up your ticket using the barcode located on the ticket itself.
Step Two: After entering your information, all your purchased tickets will be displayed on the screen. Select the ticket(s) you’d like to change, or check the “Select All” box if applicable. Once your selection is made, click the red “New Date/Time” button to proceed.
Step Three: You’ll be taken to a calendar where you can choose your new desired date. Simply click on the date you’d like to switch your ticket(s) to.
Step Four: After selecting the new date, click the red “Park Admission” button located on the right side of the calendar. Then, click the red “Go to Cart” button to continue. If the new date is priced higher than the current ticket(s) you are holding, you will be responsible for the difference.

If you are looking to downgrade your ticket to a lesser priced operating date, please email us at [email protected] from the email used during purchase with your confirmation number and the new date you would like to change to. Any difference owed back will be automatically refunded to the original card used to purchase.

Well….. you must choose an AVAILABLE date. All tickets to Canobie Lake Park are sold online only. No tickets will be sold at the Park. Once we sell out, the date will no longer show as available and you will not be able to purchase tickets for that particular day. We are also not able to upgrade anyone to or change anyone into a date that has no more availability. Please note, Cabanas, Dapper Lot, and Mermaid Experiences do regularly sell out. Admission tickets also may sell out especially on select weekends throughout the Summer and Fall.
Don’t worry at all. This is why we have a ticket exchange. While tickets are non-refundable, you are able to use the value of the ticket towards future dates this year or future dates in future seasons. If you already know another date you would like to attend, feel free to get started above.

Absolutely! You may visit our Order Lookup to also change the date of your consignment ticket. If the new date has a lower price on your consignment ticket pricing calendar, you can email us directly for the swap. If the new date is an even exchange or has a higher value, you can complete the transaction via Order Lookup (click here).
Don’t worry, any tickets purchased through our website retain their value and may be applied towards tickets in future seasons. When you know the new date you would like to attend in future years, just email us then at [email protected] to make the swap towards the prevailing rates.
Wow! You certainly don’t want to miss out on that much fun! However, the ticket exchange is for typical admission tickets. If you would like to request a new available date for your Cabana, Mermaid Swim, or Dapper Lot, feel free to email us directly with your order number at [email protected].
If you received a ticket from a special QR code at McDonalds, Market Basket, or Sullivan Tire, you are still able to swap those tickets using Order Lookup above. However, if you are specifically looking to change it from a discounted Mon-Thur ticket to another Mon-Thur that is still within the promotional period, feel free to reach out to us directly to assist with your order number to [email protected].
No. If you established an account when purchasing, you may log in to that account to view and exchange your tickets. If you did not establish an account and you checked out as a Guest, you may just look up your tickets using Order Lookup directly above. If you are not sure if you have an account, feel free to attempt to log in and “forget password” to be emailed instructions to reset.
Yes! Your new tickets will arrive via email immediately following your transaction. When adjusting the date on any ticket to a new date, the old tickets become invalid. If you had already added your old tickets to your apple wallet, you will need to delete them before adding the new tickets in.
