We created this Season Pass Info page just for you! Here you’ll find details of how to pick up/upgrade/update your Season Pass, the entry procedure for Bring-A-Friend days, Season Pass announcements, information, and other frequently asked questions all conveniently located in one spot. We will be keeping this page up to date throughout the year for your convenience!

Season Passholder FAQ
To redeem your 2024 Season Pass voucher you will need to visit one of our Guest Services windows (or any specially designated Season Passholder Booths) prior to entry. Before going through Security, go all the way to the right of the entry plaza to find the Guest Services window.
Please note: If you did not upload a photo or if your photo didn’t meet our photo requirements, you must be present to receive your Season Pass. Your Season Pass does require a clear, bright and close up photo to be printed.
Each time you visit the Park you will need to have your physical Season Pass Card with you. If you lose or forget your card there will be a $10 fee each replacement. Replacements can be requested at Guest Services.
Please remember if you wish to exit and re-enter the Park you will need a valid hand stamp as your Season Pass Card only scans valid once per day on days your pass is accepted.
If you are interested in upgrading your Basic Season Pass to a Platinum Pass at any time throughout the season, you may do so at Guest Services before entering the Park (pending upgrade availability). Although we never anticipate selling out of Season Passes, this is a possibility based on demand.
In-Park pricing is no longer available.
In the event you haven’t received your plastic Season Pass card for the 2024 season before Bring-A-Friend Day, you will need to visit Guest Services prior to entry to redeem your voucher.
Your complimentary guest will need to be physically with you at entry. We are not able to accommodate the Passholder’s guest if they arrive at our gates earlier or later than the Passholder.

Any attending Season Passholder (Basic or Platinum) will receive a complimentary second entry on June 21, July 15 and September 22, 2024. There is a limit of 1 complimentary guest per Passholder.
Please note: Both the Passholder and the complimentary second entry guest must arrive and enter together physically. We are not able to accommodate the Passholder’s guest if they arrive at our gates earlier or later than the Passholder.
